Going far away from the obvious nutritional icons (apple, salad, tape measure, etc) I decided to use some abstract elements that represent food diversity when composing the ideal plate. The result: a delicate illustration to be used as brand icon. From the symbol I also created a colorful texture to be explored on the brand identity.
